On October 11, representatives of the Education Student Loan Fund met with students at the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU).
Speaking at the meeting, Ata Babayev, Vice-Rector for Educational Affairs at ASOIU, welcomed the participants on behalf of the university leadership and spoke about the state's attention to education and the projects implemented in this direction. Addressing the necessity of meetings with students regarding education loans, Assoc. Prof. A. Babayev emphasized the importance of informing students about the existing loans.
Bahruz Azimov, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of the Education Student Loan Fund, provided information about the Fund's activities and the rules for granting education loans, stating that the main mission is to ensure accessibility for individuals from less privileged segments of society and create equal opportunities in education.
Aghja Mammadova, the leading specialist of the Department for Cooperation with Educational Institutions, mentioned that the project aims to support students with weak social protection. She provided detailed information about the application procedures for education student loans, the types of loans, the registration process, and updates.
In the end, questions from the students were answered, and their suggestions were heard.
