On December 28, a meeting was held with students on the topic of "Food Engineering" at Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU). During the meeting, the Dean of the Faculty of Chemical Technology, Professor Sevinj Mammadhanova, and the Head of the Department of "Organic Substances and Technology of High-Molecular Compounds," Professor Fariz Amirli, spoke about the importance of the meeting for students specializing in "Food Engineering."
Seymur Gafarov, the CEO of Refresh Group LLC, addressed various essential topics, including the existing gaps in healthy nutrition, global food security, food waste, technology for the proper storage of food products, the modern import process of food products, and other relevant subjects.
At the end of the meeting, questions from the students were addressed.
