An informative seminar on electoral rights was conducted at the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU) with the organization of the Azerbaijan Student Youth Organizations' Union (ASYOU) and the support of the Central Election Commission (CEC).

The Chairman of SYO, Javanshir Abdullayev, provided information about the seminar, which was moderated by Rufat Rustamov, Members affairs manager at ASYOU.

Subsequently, Ilham Mammadov, a member of the Central Election Commission (CEC), addressed the audience, stating that the main purpose of the seminar was to educate youth about the electoral system, and the rights and responsibilities of voters, and to enhance the knowledge level and civic engagement of students.

During the event, legal consultations were provided to the youth, addressing questions that piqued their interest in the subject matter.
