On April 22, the 40th Report-Election Meeting of the Student Trade Union Committee (STUC) of Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU) was held. During the event, the Chairman of the Student Trade Union Committee, Namiq Ganjayev, presented a report on the activities undertaken during the previous term, providing detailed information about achievements, goals, and future prospects to the participants. The meeting attendees highly appreciated the activities of the STUC.

The report presented by the Chairman of the Control and Supervision Commission, Sanan Huseynov, was brought to the attention of the participants, and the speech of Alish Shirinov, the Chairman of the STUC of the Faculty of Power Engineering, was heard.

Subsequently, the meeting participants elected the new chairman and executive team of the STUC. By unanimous decision, Namiq Ganjayev was elected as the Chairman of the Student Trade Union Committee.

Acting Rector of ASOIU, Associate Professor Vazeh Asgarov, extended best wishes to the Student Trade Union Committee and its newly elected chairman, Namiq Ganjayev, and welcomed the organization's new members.
