On October 18, Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU) hosted a presentation of SOCAR's "Young Talents Program."
Sabina Aliyeva, Head of the Internship Division at ASOIU, welcomed the participants and encouraged young people to take advantage of the program and to assess opportunities for personal development.
Shahriyar Shahkaramli, Head of Talent Acquisition and Career Planning at SOCAR, greeted the attendees and provided information about SOCAR’s activities, as well as projects and programs aimed at youth.
A short video featuring the winners of the program was shown.
Rashad Alakbarov, a leading specialist in SOCAR’s Human Resources Department, delivered a presentation on the "Young Talents Program," detailing its benefits, application procedures, requirements, and prospects for students.
At the end of the session, students' questions were answered.
It is worth noting that SOCAR launched the "Young Talents Program" in the 2022-2023 academic year to identify talented young individuals, accelerate their integration into the labour market, and provide scholarships to students in their third and fourth years of university and those studying at the master's level. The program aims to support their development and facilitate employment opportunities for high-potential youth at SOCAR. Candidates who successfully complete the internship and final selection stage are offered job placements by the organization.
