On November 4, Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU) hosted a session titled "Introduction to Open Data," organized by the Innovation and Digital Development Agency (IDDA).
During the event, Mikhail Parfentev, an international expert and program manager for open data at IDDA, shared insights into the impact of open data on IT and public administration. He discussed the role of open data initiatives in shaping modern governance and technology.
The session concluded with a Q&A, where Parfentev answered students' questions on the topic.
Notably, Parfentev, with over 11 years of experience in project management, has led various innovative solutions in the IT field. His work includes using IoT technologies for cultural heritage assessments and organizing federal hackathons.
