According to the results of SOCAR’s “Young Talents Program,” Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU) has secured the top position in the country based on the number of students admitted to the program this year. A total of 46 students from ASOIU, including 41 from the university and 5 from UFAZ (the French-Azerbaijani University operating under ASOIU), successfully completed the selection stages and earned the opportunity to participate.
The selection process attracted 2,809 candidates from 14 universities across the country, with only 133 applicants successfully passing all stages.
Over the course of five months, participants will undergo industrial training at SOCAR enterprises while attending specialized courses aimed at enhancing their professional knowledge and skills. Additionally, they will receive scholarships throughout the program. Those who demonstrate outstanding performance will have the opportunity to be considered for employment at SOCAR.
The “Young Talents Program” is designed to support motivated, proactive young professionals pursuing education both in Azerbaijan and abroad, encouraging their personal and professional growth.
