On April 8, a meeting was held at Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU) with the winners of the “Yüksəliş” (Ascension) competition.

The meeting was attended by the winners of the 4th “Yüksəliş” competition — Tabriz Emmayev, Shafag Hasanelizade, and Elnur Abdulazade — as well as Ilaha Bakhishova Tahirli, a winner of the 3rd competition. During the event, the winners shared their experiences, spoke about the preparation process for the competition, their personal development paths, and the achievements they have gained. They also encouraged attendees to actively participate in such initiatives.

The presentations by the winners were met with interest, and participants' questions were answered.

It should be noted that the “Yüksəliş” competition was established by the Decree of President Ilham Aliyev dated July 26, 2019. The primary goal of the competition is to identify highly capable and promising individuals with strong leadership potential and to build a national talent pool. The 5th edition of the “Yüksəliş” competition has already been launched, with the initial registration phase concluding on April 10.
