On April 10, Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU) hosted the second session on “Team Building” as part of the “YeniSən” Platform’s ongoing program series.

Organized by ASOIU’s Career Center, the primary objective of the session was to enhance students' soft skills and equip them with the essential competencies required to build effective teams. The training also focused on fostering proper communication among team members and exploring practical solutions to common challenges encountered in group settings. Throughout the session, experienced trainers engaged students in interactive discussions, sharing comprehensive insights into methods and approaches applicable to real-life situations.

Participants also had the opportunity to take part in hands-on exercises, allowing them to apply their skills in practice. At the end of the event, students posed questions to the trainers and received more in-depth information on the topic.
