Important cooperation documents were also signed on December 16 at the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU) within the framework of the XXVIII Republican Scientific Conference of PhD Students and Young Researchers, dedicated to the "Year of Constitution and Sovereignty."

Within the scope of the event, memoranda outlining the expansion of mutual cooperation between ASOIU and several leading higher education institutions in the country were formalized. The memoranda were signed with the following institutions:

Sumgayit State University

Lankaran State University

Mingachevir State University

Karabakh University

Azerbaijan State Agrarian University

Azerbaijan University

The signed documents serve to further strengthen relations in the field of higher education and scientific research, implement joint scientific projects, stimulate the scientific activity of PhD students and young researchers, and increase academic exchange opportunities. The memoranda envision the organization of scientific conferences, seminars, and symposiums, the preparation of joint publications, the support of innovative research, and the creation of cooperation mechanisms aligned with modern scientific challenges.

The conference, organized within the "Year of Constitution and Sovereignty," drew attention to the role of young scientists in the development of science and education in the country. PhD students and young researchers from various higher education institutions delivered presentations on relevant scientific topics, engaging in the exchange of ideas and experience.
