The "Project Management" training program, organized jointly for employees by the AZI Academy (operating under the Human Resources Department) and the Trade Union Committee of the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU), has been successfully concluded.

The program, which lasted 2 weeks and consisted of 8 training sessions, provided participants with detailed knowledge on the main areas of project management, management of scope and schedule, project costs, handling resources and contracts, risk and quality management, as well as the role of the project manager and the team. Modern management approaches were also discussed during the training.

The training was led by Teymur Rahimov, who has over 10 years of experience in the field of project management and serves as the Lead Project Engineer for the Reconstruction and Modernization Project of the Heydar Aliyev Oil Refinery within the SOCAR Downstream Management structure.

The training was met with great interest by the participants, with active discussions and practical approaches highlighted during the sessions. Participants who successfully completed the program were awarded certificates.
