The program conducted in cooperation with the Robert Bosch Stiftung and the German Council on Foreign Relations (DGAP) addresses young committed executives from Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Armenia, Moldova, Russia, Serbia, Turkey, and Ukraine. The goal of the program is to support individuals who want to actively shape their societies, to make it possible for them to share their experiences in Europe, to strengthen responsible, socially oriented behavior in changing societies.

Over the course of the year, participants will take part in three seminars and implement a Good Governance project in their home country. Prof Günter Verheugen, former Vice-President of the European Commission will monitor the training program as Director of the Kolleg.
