The staff members of Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU) watched the play titled “Testament” at Azerbaijan State National Academic Drama Theatre on April 28. Rector of ASOIU Professor Mustafa Babanli, Vice-Rectors, as well as the academic and administrative staff of the university, were among the spectators of the play. Watched with a large interest by the audience, “Testament” was staged on the basis of “A call from Afterlife” by the playwright Huseynbala Miralamov. The stage producer of the two-part performance is the honored artist Firudin Maharramov, its director – Alif Jahangirli, its stage artist – the honored artist Nazim Beykishiyev and its music director – Kamil Ismayilov. The roles were interpreted by the honored artists Abbas Gahramanov, Mirza Aghabeyli, Munavvar Aliyeva, Almaz Amanova, Aslan Shirin, Sevinj Aliyeva, Kazem Hasanguliyev and actors Rovshan Karimdukht, Laman Imanova, Rustam Rustamova, Elchin Afandi, Ilaha Hasanova, Farida Shahbazova and Ramin Shikhaliyev.     

Notably, the play talks about a testament of a millionaire named Dovran to his relatives. Alongside with hilarious scenes, it also includes moments which strictly criticize greediness for wealth.
