41 students from Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU) have been selected as winners of SOCAR’s “Young Talents Program” for 2025.
Bachelor’s and master’s students from the Faculty of Information Technology and Control, Faculty of Chemical Technology, Faculty of Oil-Mechanical Engineering, and Faculty of Energy and Faculty of Oil and Gas Production were awarded this opportunity. As part of the program, they will participate in an internship aimed at enhancing their theoretical and practical knowledge while exploring career development opportunities.
The five-month program provides young talents with hands-on industrial experience at SOCAR, specialized training sessions to develop their technical knowledge and behavioral competencies, and a designated scholarship. At the end of the program, the most outstanding and promising participants will have the chance to receive job offers.
